Is automatically added to all paintings above a $450.00 value for your added protection. If on any purchase you would like me to add or remove signature required, please leave me a message under note to seller when checking out. I will be happy to add it for you at no additional costs.

Please be sure to leave a contact number when checking out. In order to print your shipping label FedEx requires me to add a contact number in the very rare occasion they have trouble delivering. Your phone number will never be used for any other purpose than delivering your items.

FREIGHT SHIPPING:
Please allow extra packing, handling and shipping time for massive freight orders. My freight paintings are professionally crated by a company that specializes in shipping some of the most expensive art in the world including Picasso's. Through this process, special art boxes or wooden crates are custom made for the paintings. Please understand that freight service is extremely costly and I have already included these costs in the purchase price of the READY TO HANG artwork.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. mainland. We do ship worldwide, if you are not located in the U.S. please contact us for a shipping quote.
Processing times:
Made to order paintings: average processing times range between 12-21 business days, depending on the painting's complexity. This time includes creating the painting and drying process.
Ready to ship paintings: will be shipped within 5 days of purchase. If you order an additional float frame and we don't have it in stock: that would take an additional 8 business days before the painting will be shipped.
Shipping times:
Framed paintings are shipped using FedEx Ground. Paintings shipped overseas will be rolled in tube and will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.
US, CA: 1-5 business days
EU: 4-12 business days
Rest of the world: 5-15 business days
All paintings are shipped after painting, framing, and quality inspection is completed. All paintings will be fully insured.
Shipping information:
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Duties and Taxes:
According to our shop policy, buyers are responsible for any Duties and Import Taxes that may apply.
Receiving a box that looks damaged:
If you receive your painting and the box looks crushed, the best thing to do is to take a photo of the box (before you open it), just in case the painting is damaged inside. This will be a huge help with filing a claim against the delivery company.

Freight Shipping: Extra large paintings and private collection pieces sometimes require custom crating. This premium service, ensures safe delivery using a professional 3rd party service that specializes in shipping some of the most expensive artworks around the world.

Paintings - Fine Art Prints & Canvas Giclée's:
Due to the nature and very high costs of materials, time and shipping, I am unable to accept returns on all original artwork including ready to ship art, custom/made to order pieces, fine art prints and private collection paintings. Please always feel free to reach out if you would like additional photos, I am always happy to help to ensure you love your new art.
Damaged Packages - Important:
In over 20 years and thousands of paintings shipped worldwide, I am proud to say that I've only had 2 packages damaged due to extreme mishandling by the shipping carrier. My packages are very very strong, with that said, I understand that the risk is there.
If you notice exterior damage to the shipping box, please take photographs of the damaged box BEFORE opening, this can help expedite the claims process with the shipping carrier. If a package arrives damaged you will need to save the box for claims processing.
I do not offer refunds for damaged custom or made to order paintings, please allow me time to recreate and ship your new replacement piece. For damaged frames, you can choose to receive a refund for the frame or we can ship you out a new frame that is super simple to assemble yourself.
For one of a kind and private collection paintings please allow me time to file a claim with the carrier, this process can take a few weeks and they will need to arrange a time with you to retrieve the painting including all packaging for their claim investigation. Full refunds are issued for damage packages caused during transit.
Damaged fine art prints and canvas giclée's will be replaced, please allow time for reprinting.
What Does "Similar Will Be Recreated" Mean?
I have created a small popular body of work that I will recreate in different sizes and orientations to perfect fit your décor needs. The painting you see in the photo has sold and will be recreated very close to the original. These paintings are all 100% hand painted originals so they will differ slightly but have the same colors, style and beauty of the original. You can also choose to make color changes for your needs but please contact me before purchasing for color changes to make sure I feel it's appropriate for the particular piece.
Timeline:
Custom orders typically take 6–14 days, depending on demand and supplies. Contact me for exact timelines.
Your Custom Art Updates:
I stay in touch with you every step of the way from start to finish. I will then send you photos of your new painting when it's complete. This is where you can approve it for shipping or ask some adjustments to be made. As soon as your painting is dry and ready to ship, I'll send you your tracking info so you can keep tabs on your delivery.
What Are Digital Prints?
High-resolution JPG files (300dpi) of original artworks, ready for printing.
Delivery Time:
Files are sent via email instantly after payment clearance.
Printing Options:
Print at home, use local printers (e.g., Staples, Walgreens), or online services like Shutterfly or Mpix.
Print Sizes:
Files can be enlarged without losing quality. Slight grain may appear in larger prints, but abstract artwork looks stunning when framed and displayed.
Copyright:
All rights remain with the artist. Prints are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold.
My studio is currently not open to the public. Local pickups or private viewings may sometimes be arranged upon request.
All of my original artworks and limited-edition prints include a Certificate of Authenticity.
Beware of counterfeit artwork! Unfortunately, many unauthorized reproductions of my work are being sold online, often by overseas sellers falsely claiming to represent me. This includes various online art platforms that have stolen my original designs and photos to list them for sale without my permission.
